Ome TV Demands Payment After Unjust Account Ban on iPhone

While using the Ome TV app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, my account was suddenly banned for no apparent reason while I was simply watching the people I was matched with. I absolutely did not engage in any insulting language, profanity, inappropriate content, or any behavior that would constitute a violation of the rules. This ban occurred about one week ago, in the afternoon.
When I now try to log into the app, I receive a message saying “You are banned, make a payment,” and I am only directed to make a payment. I find it unfair to be forced to pay solely because of this ban, despite the fact that I did not violate any rules.
Taking into account that I did not commit any rule violations, I request that the ban applied to my account be reviewed and that my ban be lifted and my account reopened without any payment being required.
