Cancellation Of Ometv VIP

I have an active subscription on the OmeTV website that I purchased with a credit card in Canada, and I would like both the subscription to be cancelled and the last payment taken on 18 January 2026 to be refunded. I cannot find any support page or a clear way to manage or cancel my subscription on the site. Even though I can still log into my account, there is no visible or accessible option to cancel the subscription or contact customer support directly. This situation makes it difficult for me to control my payments and avoid future unwanted charges. I request that my current OmeTV subscription be cancelled immediately, that no further charges be made to my card, and that the payment taken on 18 January 2026 be fully refunded to my credit card. I also ask for clear written confirmation once the cancellation and refund have been completed.
