Request to Cancel Ome TV Membership and Refund Unwanted Renewal

I subscribed to Ome TV for one month on November 27 for ₺149.99. However, on December 27, my membership was automatically renewed without my consent. I had only intended to purchase a one-month subscription and do not wish to continue.

I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my membership and a refund for the unauthorized renewal. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action.

Additionally, I am highly dissatisfied with the app itself. I found it confusing and unhelpful, leaving me with no desire to use it further. Please process the cancellation and refund at the earliest opportunity. Thank you for addressing my concerns.
