OmeTV App Missing Accept and Reject Buttons After Payment
While using the OmeTV app on my iPhone, I received a 720-hour ban. Because the ban duration was extremely long, on December 16, 2025, I tried to resolve the issue by making a card payment of approximately $17 through Apple. However, after completing the payment, the “accept” and “reject” buttons on the chat screen completely disappeared, and I became unable to use the app normally.
After making the payment, this issue was never resolved, and since that day, the accept/reject options have not appeared on the screen at all. My user ID in the app is @319228189. I contacted both OmeTV support and other relevant channels regarding this issue, but I have not received any response.
I request that this error on my account be urgently investigated, that my account be restored to normal, and that the “accept” and “reject” buttons be reactivated. The fact that I cannot use the app despite having made a payment has caused me significant inconvenience, and I demand that this issue be resolved.
