I made a UPI payment today at around 10:27 AM from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account using the Kotak app to add funds to my Olymp Trade account. The amount of ₹1,000 has been successfully debited from my Kotak account, and the transaction is marked as “successful” in the Kotak app with a valid UPI reference number. However, the same transaction is still showing as “pending” in the Olymp Trade application, and the funds have not been credited to my account.
I have made many deposits from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account to my Olymp Trade account in the past, and they were always completed within about an hour. This is the first time I am facing such an issue. The mismatch in transaction status between Kotak (successful) and Olymp Trade (pending) is causing confusion, and my funds appear to be stuck in between.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that my ₹1,000 be credited to my Olymp Trade account immediately. Alternatively, I expect a clear confirmation and prompt action to resolve this stuck transaction so that I am not financially impacted.
