Olymp Trade UPI Deposit Debited But Not Credited To Trading Balance

I have a problem with a withdrawal from my Olymp Trade account that I would like to be checked and reversed. I requested a withdrawal of 1,257 INR via UPI to my Google Pay, which is linked to my Bank of Baroda account. The amount was deducted from my Olymp Trade balance, but I have not received the money in my bank or Google Pay account.

Since the money has not arrived in my Bank of Baroda / Google Pay, I do not want this withdrawal to continue. I kindly request that this withdrawal of 1,257 INR be cancelled and that the full amount be returned to my Olymp Trade trading account balance as soon as possible.

I ask you to review this transaction urgently and either reverse it back to my Olymp Trade account or provide a clear explanation if the reversal is not possible.

I also ask for written confirmation once the issue is fully resolved.

I am using an Olymp Trade Forex account and on 10/02/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 1,257 to my Bank of Baroda account in India. Although the withdrawal appears processed on your side and I have a transaction reference/screenshot, the money has still not been credited to my bank account.

I contacted the relevant parties about this issue but I have not received any clear explanation or solution, and my Bank of Baroda account balance has not changed. This situation is causing me serious concern because my funds are blocked in transit and I cannot use my own money.

I request that you urgently trace this withdrawal using the transaction details I have, confirm where the funds are currently held and immediately ensure that the 1,257 is credited to my Bank of Baroda India account, or otherwise return the full amount back to my Olymp Trade Forex account. I also ask you to provide a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this withdrawal.

I am filing this complaint about a problem I experienced on Olymp Trade while trading the Asia Composite Index. During my trades, the market situation was showing around 60 sellers and 40 buyers, indicating an upward market, but the result on the platform went in the opposite direction and my positions closed in loss. The price movement and outcome did not match what I was seeing on the market indicators, which made me feel that the platform’s behaviour was unfair and misleading.

Because of this situation, I lost a total of 8,000 on my account balance. I could not get any real help or satisfactory explanation from support and I still do not understand why these trades ended in such a way when the seller–buyer ratio and market direction suggested the opposite. This has seriously damaged my trust in the platform.

I request that Olymp Trade investigate my trades on the Asia Composite Index in detail, explain clearly why the price moved against the indicated market situation, and refund my unfair loss of 8,000 if an irregularity is found. I also expect a transparent clarification so that similar situations do not happen again.

I am writing about a problem I faced today with a deposit to my Olymp Trade account via Paytm UPI. Today I deposited 1500 INR from my Paytm UPI to my Olymp Trade account. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm balance, but it has not been credited to my Olymp Trade account balance.

There is a clear difference between what was deducted from my Paytm and what is shown in my Olymp Trade account. I checked my Paytm history and I can see the transaction of 1500 INR as completed, but my Olymp Trade balance has not increased accordingly.

I kindly request that this issue be urgently checked and that the missing 1500 INR be credited to my Olymp Trade trading account as soon as possible, or that I am clearly informed of the reason for the delay and how it will be resolved.
