Olymp Trade UPI Deposit Debited But Not Credited To Trading Balance
Today I deposited 2000 via UPI into my Olymp Trade trading account, but the amount has still not been credited to my trading balance. The transaction was completed on my side and I received a UTR/transaction ID with the number 697792746346, and the money has already been deducted from my UPI account. Despite the successful UPI transaction, my Olymp Trade trading balance has not increased by 2000, and I cannot use this amount for trading. This situation is causing me financial inconvenience and preventing me from using the platform as intended. I kindly request that you urgently check the transaction with UTR 697792746346, locate the payment, and credit the 2000 to my Olymp Trade trading balance as soon as possible. I also request a written clarification of the reason for this delay.

I have a problem with a withdrawal from my Olymp Trade account that I would like to be checked and reversed. I requested a withdrawal of 1,257 INR via UPI to my Google Pay, which is linked to my Bank of Baroda account. The amount was deducted from my Olymp Trade balance, but I have not received the money in my bank or Google Pay account.
Since the money has not arrived in my Bank of Baroda / Google Pay, I do not want this withdrawal to continue. I kindly request that this withdrawal of 1,257 INR be cancelled and that the full amount be returned to my Olymp Trade trading account balance as soon as possible.
I ask you to review this transaction urgently and either reverse it back to my Olymp Trade account or provide a clear explanation if the reversal is not possible.
