My Old Spice Stick Deodorant Won’t Retract—Twist Mechanism Just Spins

I recently bought an Old Spice stick deodorant from Watsons, and the twist mechanism is faulty. While I can easily twist it up to use the product, the real issue starts when I try to retract it. The deodorant doesn't go back down, and the twist mechanism just spins freely without engaging.

This might sound minor, but it makes the product messy and frustrating to use. It also shortens its lifespan because the stick remains exposed and vulnerable to breaking or drying out. I’ve never had this problem with Old Spice before, so I expected better.

I even tried reporting this to P&G, but their contact form wouldn't let me submit the complaint. So now I’m stuck with a defective product and no way to reach proper support.

Old Spice, please fix this issue and improve the quality of your packaging. I want a replacement or refund for this stick. It's time you made your customer support actually reachable and responsive.
