Ola Electric Scooter Quality Issues and Lack of Support Made Me Regret My Purchase
I got myself an Ola Electric Scooter, feeling pretty optimistic about it, thrilled by the concept of a green and cutting-edge way to get around. At first, I was really taken by its stylish design and cool features. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly because of persistent quality problems and insufficient after-sales support. In just a couple of months, the scooter started having issues with its battery and braking system. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but my emails just get ignored or I receive the same old generic replies that don't actually help at all. They claimed to offer 24/7 roadside assistance when I bought it, but when I actually needed it two weeks ago, no one showed up to help. On top of everything, the scooter has been out of commission for the majority of this year, and it feels like my service requests are just being ignored now. This whole situation has really made me question my choice to trust Ola Electric.
