I made a withdrawal from my OKX account, but due to a system error involving Rune Coin, the platform processed a double withdrawal. Since then, my account has been restricted without proper justification.
Support told me that I need to deposit 1,871 Rune coins to lift the restriction—so I did. After waiting two weeks, they came back and demanded another 976 Rune coins. This makes absolutely no sense. I run a crypto store and have no idea who received the extra coins or how I’m supposed to contact them to get them back.
Why should I be responsible for a technical issue caused by OKX’s system? Why am I being forced to deposit even more just to access my own funds? This is beginning to feel like extortion.
