The crypto transfers I made to my OKX TR account do not appear in my balance. I completed the transactions today at approximately 5:14:34 PM and 6:30:15 PM. Even though I have the TXID / transaction IDs, the system shows a warning stating “unknown network” and indicates that the transfers were not credited due to a network error. Despite this, the balance in my Pi app decreased after the transfers, meaning the crypto was deducted on the Pi side but never credited to my OKX TR account.
After experiencing this issue, I tried to contact OKX TR customer support, but I was unable to reach any live support or alternative support channel. Not only have my crypto assets failed to appear in my account, but I am also unable to get any assistance.
I request that OKX TR urgently investigate the relevant transfers, credit my crypto assets to my account in full, or process a refund if necessary. I also demand that I receive clear and written information explaining this issue and how it will be resolved.
