While trying to verify my OKX TR account through the Android app, I continuously receive an error stating “The face you provided does not match previous photos.” Even though I complete the face recognition step correctly, the system keeps rejecting it with the same error, and the verification process never completes.
This issue has been ongoing since May 22, and despite trying many times at regular intervals since then, no progress has been made. Because the verification cannot be completed, I am unable to use my account properly.
Although I contacted OKX support, no solution was provided, the issue was not handled with sufficient attention, and I received no concrete response.
I request that my account be reviewed and verified as soon as possible, preferably through a manual review or a working verification process, and that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of what is causing the face recognition error.
