OKX Blocked My Profit on Vana Token Without Any Prior Warning

I bought Vana tokens on the OKX Web 3 platform, and shortly after, the value plummeted, rendering my investment worthless. I chose not to sell and instead held onto my tokens, even purchasing additional ones to reduce my average cost, with the hope that the price would eventually increase. I didn't receive any alerts regarding potential risks or problems when I completed these purchases. On 26.12.2024, the token’s value went up, resulting in a profit of $6,000 for me. Unfortunately, when I attempted to sell, the platform showed an error indicating that the token was not tradable, which prevented the sale from going through. I feel misled, as there were no signs during my purchases that these kinds of restrictions might happen. I am looking for an immediate resolution from OKX.
