I Lost My Solana Transfer from OKX to Phantom Wallet and Support Isn’t Helping

Hello everyone. About 40 days ago, a friend of mine transferred Solana (SOL) from their OKX TR account to my Phantom wallet. Despite numerous attempts to get help from OKX customer service, we still haven’t received a proper solution. The transaction is marked as completed on OKX’s end, but the funds have never arrived in my Phantom wallet.
We’ve triple-checked everything—wallet address, blockchain network, and transaction ID. Everything was entered correctly. Yet the coins never made it to the destination. This situation has caused enormous stress, both emotionally and financially. I can't believe such a reputable exchange can leave users in the dark for this long with no clear accountability or fix.
We trusted OKX with this transaction, and now we feel abandoned. If this happened to anyone else, please speak up. And to OKX—this is unacceptable. I need my Solana tokens to either be properly delivered or refunded immediately. Stop giving generic responses and actually investigate this issue thoroughly. I expect a real solution, not silence.
