OKX Got My Returned Funds but Has Not Credited Them to My Account

I transferred funds from my OKX account to my MEXC account, but the funds never recieved in my MEXC account. I contacted MEXC, and they promptly resolved the issue and returned the funds to OKX. However, OKX has not credited the returned funds to my account. For the past few weeks, I've been asked to provide about videos as proof, each time complying with their requests, only to revieve same copy past response from useless customer support. It feels like my funds have been held hostage for over two weeks now, and I'm stuck in a frustrating cycle of providing proofs with no resolution. I demand OKX to return my amount in my account.
