OKEx Identity Verification Error and Missing SUI Tokens

Being a registered member of OKEx, I finished all my identity verification procedures more than a year ago. I took part in the SUI presale, and as a result, SUI tokens were credited to my account. Upon logging back into my account after a considerable amount of time, I was dismayed to discover that all of my identity information had been wiped clean, and my SUI tokens were nowhere to be found in the account. I'm still waiting to hear back from the appropriate authorities about this issue.
