OKEx Closed My Account After Transferring $5000, Funds Inaccessible

I transferred $5000 from another exchange to my OKEx account, and suddenly, my account was closed without any explanation. What criteria are you using to close accounts? There were no issues when I deposited $100,000 before, but now my account is shut when I need to withdraw funds urgently. I sent an email to customer support, but I haven’t received any response. This situation has left me stranded, as I urgently needed to access my money. OKEx, I demand immediate assistance to restore my account and allow me to withdraw my funds.
