I Can’t Log In to My OkCupid Account Since April
Dear OkCupid Support Team,
I’ve been unable to access my OkCupid account since April 14. Every time I try to log in, the app fails to verify my phone number, even though it’s the same number I’ve always used. When I log out and attempt to sign back in an hour later, I receive the same error message with no resolution.
I contacted your team via email and was told the issue had been updated by your technical department, but nothing has changed. The problem still persists, and I’m incredibly frustrated.
My account contains important photos and personal information, and I’m extremely concerned about losing access permanently. I need you to fix this login issue immediately. Please respond with an actual solution, not just a generic acknowledgment.
