I purchased two NYX concealers after hearing glowing reviews online, but I’m beyond disappointed. Despite the hype, what I received was essentially water in a tube. Both products were unopened when I purchased them, and I followed the instructions that say the product is usable for six months after opening.
However, the formula became completely unusable—just watery and ineffective. I’m baffled that such a renowned brand would sell a product that deteriorates so quickly. If there’s a known shelf-life issue, it should be clearly communicated.
I request an explanation and resolution for this issue. Either provide replacements or refunds, as this is not what I expected from a brand like NYX.
