I purchased a NYX concealer from Watsons, expecting decent performance based on all the hype from influencers. But what a disappointment. The product doesn’t conceal anything—it’s patchy, barely provides coverage, and the texture feels completely off. I’ve used concealers at a fraction of the price that work ten times better.
What’s worse, the shade changed after just one day, becoming dull and unusable. I’m now wondering if I received a defective or expired product, but either way, it’s unacceptable. NYX, if this is what you call a concealer, then your marketing is misleading. I feel completely let down and frustrated.
Please offer a solution or refund, because I don’t want the money I spent to go to waste. This needs to be addressed—not ignored.
