I’ve purchased several NYX products over time, hoping for quality and performance—but sadly, almost every single one left me disappointed. Most of the items I bought arrived either dried out or damaged. Concealers I was excited to try came out stiff and cakey, and they settled into my under-eye lines instead of blending smoothly.
It didn’t stop there. The bronzer and blush I ordered arrived broken and crumbled inside the packaging, completely unusable. I never even got the chance to try them properly. Despite wanting to love the brand, these experiences have made it impossible. None of the products delivered what they promised.
In the end, I had no choice but to throw everything away. I expect far more from a brand like NYX. I request that NYX acknowledge these quality issues and offer a resolution—whether that’s a replacement or refund. Customers deserve to receive products that are fresh, intact, and perform as described. Please address this issue and restore my trust in your brand.
