I’ve been using the NYX Professional Makeup concealer for a long time and absolutely loved it—until recently. The formula of the product I purchased has completely changed, and I don’t understand why. It no longer provides any coverage, and the color payoff has completely disappeared. It used to blend beautifully and cover imperfections with ease, but now it feels watery, thin, and ineffective.
Seeing my favorite concealer in this condition is honestly heartbreaking. I haven’t changed how I store it, and it hasn’t expired. I was expecting the same performance I’ve always gotten, but instead I’m left with a product that doesn’t work. I can’t afford to replace it right now either, since it’s not on sale.
