Locked Out of Knight Online. Lost Phone Blocks ICS OTP

Unfortunately, I am unable to access my registered number for NTT Game's Knight Online ICS OTP system as it has been closed. As a result, I'm having trouble accessing the game. Even though I have provided all the necessary information, I still haven't received any help. Despite providing all the necessary documents, such as invoices for the cash points I've loaded, they claimed they were unable to assist. I kindly ask for your help with this issue.
