Nttgame.com Knight Online New Server Registration Blocked
To play on the new Knight Online servers, I registered using my international phone number because I reside abroad, and it appears that manual clearance from a GM is required. A day later, I created a support ticket. It's been about a day, and my registration has still not been accepted. Here is the response I got to my support ticket:
We reviewed your account and found questionable information, thus your registration for the new servers was denied.
"Best regards."
Later, I discovered that my account had been blocked, and because the Nttgame person handling the support issue closed it, I was unable to appeal. Furthermore, I discovered that only one support ticket may be opened every day, and when I attempted to open a second one, I found it was impossible.
