Nttgame Account Hacked - Customer Support Fails to Resolve

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my NTTgame account compromised. Despite reaching out to their support team and submitting a ticket, I was disappointed to learn that they were unable to provide any assistance. I acknowledged that there was no issue. Furthermore, I made a request to update the email address associated with my account, but unfortunately, they failed to fulfill that as well. In addition, I requested invoices for my purchases. Unfortunately, they failed to provide a response and closed my ticket. You can only contact them if you make a deposit into your account. This company is absolutely awful.
