Novelcat Writer Account Missing After Clearing App Data

I am a writer on Novelcat using the pen name “Bran-dy.” My works include “The CEO's Fake Wife Has His Heir” (ID: 60702) and “The Apex Pack: Claiming His Broken Luna” (ID: 61113). My writer account is linked to the Google email address: trustajong***@gmail.com. Today I cleared or deleted the in‑app data and then tried to log in again to Novelcat using the same Google account. Instead of accessing my existing writer profile and novels, the app is now treating me as a new user and shows me a blank account and the “Become a writer” registration screen, as can be seen in the attached screenshot. My previous writer history, author dashboard and existing works are not appearing on this new account view. I request that you restore my original writer account and correctly map it back to my Google login so that I can access my existing novels and writer data again. I also ask that you merge or remove the empty new account that was created, and confirm by email once my original author profile and books are fully visible and usable again.
