OkCupid Says My Phone Number or Email Is Invalid

I downloaded the OkCupid app on my Android phone and created a new account. Shortly after opening the account, I tried to log back into the app and started receiving an error message saying, “This phone number or email is invalid, error code 5.” Even though the phone number and email address I used are correct, I have tried multiple times and still cannot access my account.

The email address I used to create my account is f*********@Gmail.com**. After this issue occurred, I contacted OkCupid support by email and explained the situation, but I have not received any response so far.

Since I cannot access my account, I am seriously concerned about the privacy of the photos and personal information on my profile. I request that OkCupid urgently restore access to my account. If that is not possible, I want written confirmation that all photos and personal data on my profile have been completely deleted.
