NovelCat Payment Complaint

I recently discovered a charge on my bank account from NovelCat, even though I have never had a NovelCat account, have never installed the application, and have never visited the website. On 13 October 2026, an amount of 3,378.59 HUF was debited from my CIB Bank Intesa Sanpaolo Group debit card under the name NovelCat, without my knowledge or consent. I request that this payment be fully refunded as an unauthorized transaction and that any existing or possible future charges linked to my card or data be immediately blocked. I also expect information on how this debit was made in my name despite me never using your services, and confirmation in writing that no further charges will be made. I kindly ask you to handle this matter urgently and to inform me about the outcome of your investigation and the refund process.
