Novakid Issue with Missed Lessons and Reset Lesson Credits



On June 22, 2024, my son Enes Mert had a lesson with Mira D. The lesson record for that day is available in the lesson watch option. However, Novakid ignored the lesson on that day and reset the lessons I had previously purchased, incorrectly claiming that there had been no lessons in the past 3 months. If you check the lesson for that day, you will see that my son did have a lesson with his teacher. I have attached images from that day’s lessons for reference. I request that my previously purchased lessons be reinstated as soon as possible.
