Nova Investment Withdrawal Stuck Under Review – Request Withdrawal Release
I have been using the Nova Real Earn Investment app with the Neural Net Vector v3 package since 6 July 2026. Today, on 16 July 2026 at about 11:14 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of my funds, but the transaction has been stuck in “under review” status until now. The withdrawal record in the app clearly shows my withdrawal request created on 2026-07-16 at 11:14:55, but the status has not changed and the money has not reached my account. The total amount I am currently unable to withdraw is 472,050 UGX. I have also contacted Nova Real Earn support through WhatsApp, but despite this, my withdrawal is still pending and I have not received a clear solution. I request that Nova Investment immediately approve and pay my withdrawal of 472,050 UGX without any further delay and provide a clear explanation for why the withdrawal was held “under review” for so long.
