Binomo Delays My Withdrawal With Endless, Vague Support Requests

On June 11, 2026, at 05:13, I submitted a withdrawal request through the Binomo app for $24 to my Yapı Kredi Bank account. However, despite time having passed, this money still hasn't reflected in my account.
I've tried getting support through the app multiple times, but they keep stalling by repeatedly asking for different things, without ever giving a clear answer. So far, no concrete solution has been offered for my problem.
I've been left in a difficult position throughout this process, and I want my $24 withdrawal request to be deposited into my Yapı Kredi account in full and without further delay, as soon as possible.
