Apple Charged Me for a Full Year After Signing Up for MyFitnessPal’s Free Trial
I just signed up for Myfitnesspal's free one-month trial of a paid contract. Before I looked at my bank account, everything seemed fine. But then I sa...
Since the beginning of the year, I've been using Myfitnesspal every day to keep track of everything, from my food to my workouts. Last week, while I was on vacation, I found something very annoying: all of my history was gone. All the notes I had made over the months were gone all of a sudden, as they had never been there. I naturally called customer service right away in the hopes that they could help. When they asked for my username and email, I gave them right away because I thought it would be easy. But it's been nine days, and they still haven't looked into my account or fixed the problem. Even worse, anything I type in now doesn't save either, so I'm stuck with an app that doesn't do anything useful. Customer service has been very frustrating. They got it wrong. I paid a lot of money for a food and exercise diary that was meant to help me stay on track. The problem hasn't been fixed, and they aren't even answering my questions. It seems like they were never there for me. I'm fed up and wish I hadn't put my progress in this app.

That’s when everything started going downhill. I couldn’t reach a real person. I sent an email explaining...
I’m very frustrated with the BetterMe app. I originally downloaded it just to try a one-month exercise program and paid for that single month. I didn’t use the program after that, and I definitely didn’t authorize any ongoing subscription. But I recently discovered that BetterMe has been continuousl...
