On September 26, 2025, I purchased several Nivea skincare products from the Eve store, paying approximately ₺1,500 in total. The items included a face wash gel, toner, acne serum, and face cream. I only had a few pimples at the time, and I bought these products based on the recommendation of the store employee.
However, after using them for about a week, I experienced severe redness and a major acne breakout. As soon as I noticed the reaction, I stopped using all the products immediately, but my skin condition continued to worsen. Now, my entire face is covered with acne, whereas before, I only had a few pimples.
I have not yet contacted the store or Nivea customer service, but I feel seriously harmed by this reaction. I request a full refund for the products I purchased and an investigation into why they caused such a severe skin reaction. I expect Nivea to take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.
