I Used Nivea Rose Tech and My Face Broke Out With Painful Pimples

About two months ago, I purchased Nivea Rose Tech night and day creams from Gratis online store, under order number PR23354632, paying ₺298 in total. Shortly after I began using the products, I developed large pimples across my face and noticed purple discoloration on my nose. These skin problems persist to this day, and my skin has been seriously damaged.

I immediately stopped using the creams and consulted a dermatologist. My doctor confirmed that the skin irritation and acne were caused by these Nivea creams and advised me never to use them again. Despite stopping use, I still have severe breakouts, and the damage to my skin continues.

I couldn’t find any clear information about the return or exchange policy for these products. Therefore, I request that my complaint be taken seriously, that my skin-related grievance be resolved, and that the ₺298 I paid be refunded.
