Nissan Delayed My 2017 Qashqai Windshield and Sent Faulty Camera

I ordered a front windshield for my 2017 Nissan Qashqai Platinum Premium from Nissan Vurallar Authorized Service and Dealer in Diyarbakır and paid a total of ₺46,443.00, including the camera part for the windshield, via internet banking transfer, keeping the receipt. After the order, the supply and installation process was unreasonably delayed. Although the windshield was replaced, the camera on it turned out to be faulty. I was told that the camera part would be supplied and I would be informed for installation next week, but no exact date was given and the process was left entirely uncertain. Despite repeatedly stating that I would be relocating on July 4 due to reassignment, no concrete solution was offered. This conduct clearly violates the provisions on defective service and breach of contract under the Consumer Protection Law and the Turkish Code of Obligations. The negligent approach of a dealer representing such an established brand as Nissan damages brand value and undermines customer trust. Due to the victimization, time loss, safety risk, and lack of communication I experienced, I request that the camera part be supplied and installed within no later than seven (7) days and that a concrete and written solution be provided to compensate for my grievance. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights by filing a case with the Consumer Arbitration Committee/Court, share my experience publicly, and file an official complaint with your brand’s Turkey distributor and headquarters abroad. I regret to see that this situation has gone beyond “delay” and reached the level of mocking the customer. I have completely lost my trust in the Nissan brand and request that the necessary action be taken urgently with a written response provided to me.

They still haven't installed the camera and I call every day. As Nissan Vurallar, I have never seen such a bad dealership—irresponsible and incompetent... I will continue to write complaints here every day, and as long as you don't install my camera, I will keep complaining about you here. As Nissan, it did not surprise me at all to see that even the higher authorities are so irresponsible about this issue.
