Nissan Qashqai A/C Issue Persists, No Solution in Sight

I took my 2023 model car with only 7,000 km to the service center this morning due to a week-long problem with the A/C not cooling properly. The service center called in the afternoon to say my car was ready, but when I arrived, I was shocked to discover that the problem had not been resolved, and the A/C was no longer working! Unbelievable! They stated that there was a crack in the A/C pipe and that the part would arrive in 15 days. How can they not have such a part in stock when it's 41 degrees outside in the summer? What should we do for the next 15 days? When I called customer service, they were unhelpful, indifferent, and added to my stress. I was able to connect once but could not connect again. I urgently require proper assistance, or else I will expose this nightmare and all of my car's problems on social media in order to prevent others from suffering the same fate.
