Nissan Efe Service Nearly Caused an Accident with My Micra

I want to share my experience with Nissan Efe Service that could have caused an accident, so anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealer or taking their car for service here will think twice. In November 2021, I bought a brand new Micra from the Nissan Efe dealership. About a year later, I had an issue with noise from the air conditioning and a drop in engine performance, which was somewhat expected. I'm a mechanical engineer, so I have some understanding of these issues. Despite similar complaints afterwards, they convinced me it was normal, saying the engine was small.
For a long time, I noticed a grinding noise when the engine was between 1200-1500 RPM, but they insisted it was a feature of the vehicle, even though my fiancé's 2022 Micra didn’t have this issue as severely. They claimed my car had developed a unique characteristic.
The real problem started three weeks ago: the AC put so much strain on the car that it stalled in traffic. Luckily, it wasn't heavy traffic, so I managed to restart the car and continue driving. When I took it to the service center, they said nothing was wrong. The car stalled in moving traffic, yet they said it was fine. I decided to keep using it.
Today, while driving in Tunalı traffic in Ankara, the car gave a system error and stalled again with the AC on; I narrowly avoided an accident. My question is: will this service center only take my complaint seriously if there's an accident and someone gets hurt? Ironically, despite buying her car from another dealer, I had brought my fiancé to Nissan Efe for her regular maintenance. My advice is not to buy a vehicle from this dealership. If you do, don’t take it there for service; there are other authorized service centers in Ankara.
