Premature Sole Melting Issues with Nike Air Jordan Why Not Zero 3 Shoes

I purchased the Nike Air Jordan Why Not Zer 0.3 shoes, which I didn't wear very often (only for 1-hour weekend training sessions). However, to my surprise, the sole melted extensively and the sole became thinner compared to my other older pair, the Nike LeBron Witness 4 shoes, which showed no signs of melting. The sole melting issue is quite bothersome, and I believe it needs a solution. A few months after purchasing the shoes, I sent the receipt and invoice for recycling, as there seemed to be no problems. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken.
