I bought a pair of shoes at the Nike Store in the Konya Kule Site Mall on December 31, 2022. After about 45 days of wearing the shoes, the mesh on the top started to tear at the level of both the big toe and the little toe, where the foot naturally folds. It's not possible that a mistake was made by the person. Also, when I sent the shoes in for warranty on February 26, 2023, we were told 35 business days (48 days) later that the guarantee was no longer valid. We picked Nike because they are known for being a professional and high-quality brand. Did we make a mistake by choosing Nike when other names with similar styles were almost half the price? Also, the answer I got came with a note thanking me for my help with Nike's product creation. I guess it means that we made a mistake but we will be more careful next time.
