Nike Jordan Shoes Peeled in 3 Months—Sneaks Up Refuses to Take Responsibility

On November 13, 2024, I purchased a pair of Nike Jordan white sneakers from Sneaks Up Palmcity. To clean them, I used Clean X, a product they recommended. Despite following their instructions, the toe areas started peeling after just three months of occasional weekend use by my daughter for basketball practice.
I contacted the store, expecting a proper resolution, but they denied any manufacturing defect and simply told me I could take the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board if I wanted. They blamed me for the damage, even though I used their recommended cleaning product.
How can a ₺4,000 sneaker deteriorate this fast? If only one shoe had an issue, maybe I could accept that, but since both peeled in the same exact spot, this is clearly a manufacturing flaw. To make matters worse, I was never officially informed about my claim being rejected—I had to call the store myself to find out!
Sneaks Up, I demand a proper investigation and a refund or replacement! Ignoring legitimate complaints is unacceptable!
