Nike Air Max 270 Complaint: Poor Quality and Customer Service


Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max 270 sneakers from the Nike store at Istanbul Piazza Mall on March 10, 2023. After just two months of use, both the left and right sides of the sneakers developed tears in the fabric. I reported this issue to Nike customer service, and they directed me to the store. On June 14, 2023, I took the sneakers to the store for inspection. On June 19, 2023, I received a message stating that the inspection was complete and the result was negative. I raised an objection and sent the sneakers for a second inspection on July 6, 2023. I am currently awaiting the results. However, it's evident that I have been experiencing significant inconvenience during this process. I request a replacement for the Nike Air Max 270 sneakers. I purchased the first pair from this series in 2019 and continue to use them without any damage. This experience has left me disappointed and distressed. I hope that my grievance will be resolved by you promptly. I have also reported this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I am eagerly awaiting responses from all parties. The attached photos indicate a decline in Nike's product quality.
