Nike Air Jordan Why Not Zero 03 Fell Apart Rapidly

I've worn my Nike Air Jordan Why Not Zero shoes sparingly, usually for only one-hour weekend workouts. Surprisingly, the sole has significantly melted and worn thin. In contrast, my older Nike LeBron Witness 4 shoes show no signs of erosion whatsoever. The rapid sole erosion in my new shoes is extremely discomforting, and a resolution must be found. After noticing the issue a few months after purchase, I returned the receipt and invoice, expecting a remedy. I kindly request prompt attention to address this matter.
