Nike Air Jordan Replacement Request for Early Wear and Tear

I bought these Nike Air Jordan sneakers from Sneaks Up on March 18, 2023, and they've had a lot of problems. The insole is really torn up, the shoes look all weird with the colors messed up, and there's a big hole on the side that's about as wide as my finger. I can't understand how they got worse so quickly. I want to exchange the item instead of getting a refund.

With the dollar exchange rate constantly going up, the price of the shoes has almost doubled. Why do I have to pay double for the same shoes just because of things I can't control? Can you please do something to fix this?
