Nike Air Force Shadow Shoes Fell Apart within Months

I bought a pair of Nike Air Force Shadow shoes in March, and they have already begun to deteriorate. Even my knock-off shoes didn't show this much wear. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, they only offered a refund, which was far less than the price of the shoes. It's frustrating to think that I invested in Nike for quality only to discover that these shoes are worse than knock-offs, and they won't even exchange them. This experience should serve as a warning to anyone thinking about purchasing Nike products. When purchasing from a reputable brand, quality should be expected, but in this case, I was disappointed by both the product and the customer service response.
