I purchased a pair of Nike Phantom GX Elite cleats from Sportinn—a company listed as your official partner—exactly 1 year and 10 days ago. These were marketed as original, high-performance, top-tier cleats. However, just after the 1-year mark, the sole of one cleat snapped right through the middle during a match.
I reached out to Sportinn, only to be told they couldn’t help me because the warranty had expired 10 days ago. Are you seriously telling me that a product from Nike’s Elite line—the most premium and expensive model—only lasts a year before falling apart under normal use?
This isn’t about warranty dates—this is about product quality and customer care. I’m now stuck with a pair of unusable, broken cleats that cost me a significant amount of money, and neither Nike nor Sportinn is willing to take responsibility.
