I Report Fabric Burn on Nike Tech Hoodie After Minimal Sun Exposure

I purchased a Nike Tech hoodie from Marmara Forum around three months ago, expecting premium quality from a global brand like Nike. The hoodie cost me a significant amount, and I was excited to use it. However, after wearing it only twice under direct sunlight, the fabric burned and discolored, which was extremely disappointing.
I returned to the store and was told the product would be sent to the factory for inspection. After some time, they contacted me saying it was a user error, which I strongly disagree with. I have owned many hoodies in my life, but I have never seen one react so poorly to natural sunlight. I specifically chose Nike for its reputation and quality, but I now feel completely let down.
I request a replacement or full refund for this defective product. I trusted the Nike brand, but this experience has left me reconsidering any future purchases.
I bought a Tech hoodie from the Marmara Forum Nike store 4 months ago. I haven't worn the hoodie more than 15 times, and its color faded after just one exposure to sunlight. I brought the product back to the store where I bought it, and they sent it for inspection. The inspection concluded it was user error. I request that my product be replaced with a new one.
