Dear New Balance Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience involving a pair of New Balance 9060 sneakers. From the very beginning, the shoes produced an unusual noise while walking—something I have never encountered with any other footwear. The sound became so noticeable that even my colleagues in an office of 30 people commented on it and were bothered by the noise. I submitted the shoes for inspection, expecting a fair resolution from a reputable brand. Unfortunately, the request was rejected in just two days. I appealed the decision, waited 21 more days, and once again received a rejection. Eventually, the case was escalated to a higher authority, but the outcome remained the same. What made the situation even more difficult was the unprofessional conduct of customer service team. They provided inconsistent information, failed to follow up, and dragged the process out unnecessarily. At no point did they show a sincere effort to resolve the issue or consider customer satisfaction. It is truly disappointing to see a global brand like New Balance working with a partner that lacks professionalism and accountability. I have since initiated legal action regarding this matter and hope you will take this feedback seriously and reconsider your local affiliations. I regret this purchase.
