I got this Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer for acne for free. It's supposed to help my skin, which is a mix of oily and dry and tends to break out. Unfortunately, it had the complete opposite result. Instead of calming and hydrating, it actually burned my skin. The annoying effect was so intense that it made my skin dry and discolored, almost like it got burned. Instead of keeping my skin moisturized, this moisturizer messed up my skin texture and threw off its natural balance. The claims about preventing dryness and acne didn't come true. I took really good care of my fair skin, but it got damaged for no reason. Who caused this incident? How can we fix this damage? The way that major company is behaving is totally unacceptable.
