I purchased a Neutrogena hand cream recently, but from the very first day, I’ve had an incredibly hard time getting the cream out of the tube. It feels like the packaging was deliberately made this way to prevent easy use. At first, I thought maybe it was designed to prevent leaks or spills, so I gave it some time. I assumed the nozzle might loosen up as I continued using it.
But here I am with more than half the tube used, and the issue still persists. It takes so much effort to squeeze the cream out that my hands literally hurt every time I try. This defeats the purpose of a hand cream meant to relieve discomfort, not add to it.
Was this tube design intentional? Or did I just receive a defective product? Either way, it’s unacceptable that such a well-known brand would overlook basic functionality in product packaging. I’m very disappointed and demand that Neutrogena review this issue, improve the packaging, and offer a resolution to customers who are left frustrated by this poor design choice.
