About a week ago, I purchased Neutrogena’s anti-acne facial cleansing gel, toner, and cream to help treat my acne. However, after I started using the products, I experienced severe itching, burning, redness, and an increase in breakouts on my face. My skin has gotten much worse, and this situation has caused me a lot of distress. There were no warnings or special instructions on the packaging or during the purchase that indicated these products could cause such a reaction.
I request that my grievance be resolved and that the amount I paid for these products be refunded.
