Neutrogena Acne Plus Gave Me Burning Skin

I tried Neutrogena Acne Plus protection series, and this is what my face looks like after one week of using the products (serum, cream, cleansing gel, and tonic). My face is burning, and the irritation keeps getting worse each day. I followed all the instructions carefully and didn’t combine it with any other skincare routine. I’m really let down. I hope my skin will heal, because I’m considering filing a complaint against this brand. No product should cause this kind of reaction if it's meant to help with acne.
